Returns Accepted We accept returns for defective or problematic items within 2 days of discovering the issue.

Eligible Items for Return We accept returns only for:

  • Original packaging
  • Items may be opened and used once to test if they work properly, but should not be used multiple times

Exchange Policy We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges only:

  • You may exchange for the same product
  • You may exchange for a different product of equal value (subject to availability at the time of exchange)

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
