SHIPPING POLICY
Processing and Delivery Time We process and deliver orders within one hour based on your location within Rwanda.
Shipping Costs
- Orders above RWF 100,000: FREE delivery
- Orders below RWF 100,000: RWF 2,000 delivery fee
Delivery Areas We currently deliver within Rwanda only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Method Most orders are delivered by motorbike. For larger orders that cannot fit on a motorbike, we may use a cab for delivery.
Order Tracking You can track your order in real-time through WhatsApp map sharing. We'll send you tracking information once your order is out for delivery.
Delayed or Failed Deliveries If your order is delayed, we will send you an email explanation. If you do not receive your order, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase.
